General

Q: Do you sell directly to consumers?

A: Home Society is as for now, wholesale to trade only. Are you a consumer and you want to buy our products? You can find a retailer close to you with our shoplocator.

 

Q: How do I become a Retailer?

A: You can apply to become a Home Society Retailer by filling out this form.

 

Orders

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We handle your order immediately so we can ship your order as soon as possible. Only in-stock products can be shipped right away. Orders with products that are not in stock at the moment, can not be shipped out immediately and can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours after the order confirmation.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Go to DHL website and enter the tracking number (you can find the tracking code in your account on the webshop, if you click ‘show’ on the delivery slip).

 

Q: What are the delivery times?

A: We ship all orders from our warehouse in Lisse within 72 hours*, assuming that all products are in stock. If a product is not in stock, please see the date of dispatch on your order confirmation.

* In the months September and October this might be longer for Christmas orders.

 

Q. Where can I find my order history?

A. Your order history and invoices can be found in your ‘info’ section.

 

Q. How can I review what’s in back order?

A. You will find your back order when you are logged in, in your ‘info’ section.

 

Webshop

Q: How do I get a password for your webshop?

A: To get a password for the Retailer webshop, you must become a Home Society Retailer. You can apply by filling out the form here. When you are registered, you will receive your login information. If you forgot your login information you can check your latest invoice (it’s on the top left) or you can fill out this contact form

 

Q: How do I log in to the Home Society Retailer webshop?

A: Sign in here.

 

Q: Are prices on the Home Society Retailer webshop including VAT?

A: No, all prices do not include VAT.

 

Q: How do I change my username and password?

A: Unfortunatly you can not change your username and password. If you forgot your login information you can check your latest invoice (it’s on the top left) or you can fill out this contact form

 

Q: Can prices change?

A: The prices in the webshop all prices are subject to change without notice.
