We ask you to check your order as soon as possible, by means of the Deliveryslip. Your order may be dispatched in more than one package. Items that you have ordered which are not shown on the packing slip will be dispatched separately.
Are there issues with your order? Please notify us within 14 days. Is anything missing from your order? Please check all the boxes that came with the delivery. We pack as efficiently as possible. The missing item could have been packaged with another item. If this is not the case, please contact us by emailing email@example.com. Is an item damaged? Please take (a) picture(s) of it and include those in your notification. When you notify us, make sure to include your customer number, Deliveryslip number and the item number (as well as the Quantity). You can also fill out the Claims form online and upload you pictures directly.
