Our Story
Our story began in 1993. Since then, we have grown from a small assortment and a single office into an international interior wholesaler with thousands of products, multiple showrooms and a passionate team.
Over the years, we have changed locations, expanded our collections, developed new brands and opened inspiring showrooms in Lisse, Zwinderen and Brussels. One thing has never changed: our passion for interiors and our commitment to independent retailers.
Today, Home Society brings together stylish interior accessories, high-quality candles and iconic fragrance brands such as Bridgewater Candle Company. We translate global trends into accessible, commercial and atmospheric collections – always with our customers in mind.
Acquisition of Joker Import and the start of our journey in Katwijk aan den Rijn.
Introduction of Bridgewater Candle Company to the Benelux market.
Expansion of the collection with the Long Island Living interior brand.
Move to our current headquarters in Lisse and opening of the Home Society showroom.

Our Team
Home Society is built by people. Our team consists of driven colleagues in sales, purchasing, design, logistics, customer service and marketing – each with their own expertise and personality.
We keep lines short: from the office to the warehouse and from agents to customer service. This way we stay close to our customers and to the market. We know what is happening in stores and translate this directly into new collections and concepts.
Throughout the year, we work closely together on trade fairs, showroom styling, in-house shows and the development of new products. We also take time to celebrate successes – during team events, Friday afternoon drinks or a simple shared lunch.
